Dragons(Special Race)

The dragons are a powerful race, which it is still unknown how was created. These dragons are capable of concentrating extreme amounts of ki, making them capable of activating the Negative Karma Bomb. The dragons have a wide variety of looks, but they're all half-ways humanoid creatures with different traits such as spikes, wings or tails. I have to approve this race.

Starting Stamina: 2000

Racial Trait: Negative Karma - Once per fight, you can double your ki and stamina for 1 of your posts (Your current post and the opponents next). At your next post your Stamina and Ki are divided by 4.

Racial Trait: Winged - Once per turn the user can dodge an opponen' attack completely.

All Dragon transformations are permanent.
